We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. Within 14-days of purchase you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact TrustPoint for return authorization at 800-398-0819.
Once your return is received and inspected and your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed. Credits will be issued to your credit card.
TrustPoint stands behind the quality of our products and we will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
